Know all Men by thefe Prefents that I Stacy Potts of Trenton in the County of Hunterdon & Province of New Jerfey am held & firmly Bound unto William Tucker of the same place in the full & just Sum of Forty Pounds Current Proclam’n Money to be paid to the said William Tucker his Heirs Executors Adminiftrators or afsigns and for the true payment thereof I do Bond my Self my Heirs Executors and Adminiftrators firmly by thefe prefents Sealled with my Seal and Dated this Eighteenth Day of December in the Year of our Lord one Thoufand Seven Hundred and Sixty one-------------1761

The Condition of this Obligation is such that if the above Bounden Stacy Potts his Heirs Executors or Adminiftrators Shall well and truly pay or caufe to be paid unto the above Named William Tucker his certain Attorney Heirs Executors Adminiftrators for Afsigns the full and just Sum of Twenty Pounds like Money as aforesaid with Lawfull Intereft for the same and that on or before the Eighteenth Day of December next enfuing the Date hereof then this prefent Obligation Shall be Void and of none Effect otherways to be and remain in full force and Virtue------

To be Sold a likely Strong Young Negro Man Born in this Country about 19 Years of age and is a verry healthy handy fellow fit for any Sort of Bufionefs-
